Below are the definitions for our most popular mortgage loan programs:
Interest-Only: An interest-only mortgage is most popular with homeowners who have homes that are appreciating in value and who want the lowest monthly payment possible. The monthly payments will be credited only to interest, but you can make higher monthly payments to reduce the principle. We offer a variety of interest-only home loans.
Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM): An ARM is a mortgage with an adjustable interest rate. The interest rate on the loan will change periodically based on a pre-selected index. An adjustable rate mortgage often has lower monthly payments.
Fixed-Rate Mortgage: A fixed-rate mortgage is a loan with a fixed interest rate. The interest rate with a fixed-rate mortgage will remain the same throughout the entire term for the original borrower.
